what to bring
In order to be successful and have a comfortable day on the water, be sure to bring the following:
-Polarized sunglasses (I recommend amber lenses)
-A comfortable hat
Here are a few extra items that are not necessary, but can help you be a much more effective angler.
-Fishing Pliers- I am always available to unhook fish, cut leaders, etc. but somtimes things happen fast and it's nice to have a good pair on your hip.
-Comfortable shoes-Standing on the bow can be tiring. Good comfortable shoes can make a big difference in the way you feel and the better you feel the better you will perform when a fish pops up.
-Buff face mask- These are great for covering your face, neck, and ears. I always prefer covering up with light clothing as opposed to putting on sunscreen. It keeps the sun off and keeps you from having to reapply while fishing. It also ensures you don't get the scent of sunscreen on your lure or fly.
I will always have all licensing necessary. I will have a cooler full of water and ice for our time on the water. Feel free to bring any drinks you would like to have in the cooler as well as your lunch and snacks.
